A: Desktops: The box only. We have all cords and peripherals needed to work on your computer*.
 Notebooks: The notebook itself AND its power cord

Q: What are your terms of sale?
A: Computer Systems :: Half down (to guarantee sale), remainder on pick-up or delivery.
Individual Components :: Full price paid at point of purchase.

Q: What kind of warranty do you offer?
A: New Computer Systems :: 3 Year Limited Warranty :: 3 Years Labor, 1 Year Parts at no additional cost
New Individual Components :: 1 Year Limited Warranty :: 1 Year Parts at no additional cost
Re-Certified Systems & Components :: 30 Day Replacement-Only Warranty

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Returns are not accepted; replacement product is available within the warranty period

Q: Do you offer over-the-phone technical support?
A: To our existing customers we offer technical support over the phone.
We will try and answer the questions of our potential customers. Please understand that because we do not know the exact make of your computer and the parts inside we cannot make a proper assessment without looking through the computer hands-on.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: Cash and most major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and Discover)

*It is the customers responsibility to create backups of their own data.
